Viva Hot Pants – Fun and funky fitness
Summer is here and everyone is suddenly thinking about their body shape. Whether it’s bikini’s or shorts, we all want to look our best.
Fad diets don’t work. The truth is that it’s all about good eating habits and excercise. That’s not to say you can’t look awesome and increase your burn rate at the same time! Viva Hot Pants helps in both those catagories.
Just look at those cute Hot Pants. Who wouldn’t want to work out in them? What if I told you that you could lose up to 4x more weight in 30 minutes using Via Hot Pants than without? …..
I didn’t believe it either. So, when I was offered the opportunity to try them, I jumped at it. Let’s just see what’s true and what’s not.
Day 1: I decided on my workout. Since I’m not a huge fan of exercise I stuck with my walking and added 3 sets of 10 jumping jacks, 3 sets of 10 squats and 3 sets of head and shoulders knees and toes (no laughing, that’s a legitimate exercise!) 30 minutes total
Since I walk a lot, I was amazed to feel a burn in my thighs. Very solid and sweated much more than usual.
Day 5: Down 1.5 pounds. Was hoping for more but have to admit to late night snacking.
Day 10: (June 21) I’m down about another 1/2 pound. Not a lot of weight loss but definitely more definition to my waistline and firming in the thighs.
After two weeks I can assure you that Viva Hot Pants does help in toning and firming from the waistline to the knees. Does it actually help in extra weight loss? For me, no. I believe just making sure I walked and did a little exercise was the cause of my 2.5 pounds of loss.
However, having said that, I would imagine the increase would be greater for someone with a larger amount of weight to lose.
