Tips on Tuesday
I’ve decided to create a new weekly posting on my blog. Tips on Tuesday will be a day for tips and tricks around the home. A few ideas for cooking, cleaning, storing or saving.
- Tidy up cupboards and drawers by using cup hooks or 3M hooks. Hang up bbq tools, pot holders, measuring spoons and more. Easy access and leaves more room
- a bamboo steamer is great for the pantry for organization two levels, breathes and can hold items that don’t need refrigeration like onions, garlic, tomatoes and more
- when making fruit pies, sprinkle your sugar under the fruit to prevent it boiling over in the oven

I can’t even tell you how many pies I’ve made and I’ve never heard that tip before. I must make a pie immediately (well tomorrow) to scientifically test your theory out… or well maybe just for an excuse to have a piece of pie
