Tough Stain? NEW OxiClean MaxForce Power Crystals Review/Giveaway

Some days I can’t decide whether I hate doing laundry or hate the fact that I love to wear clean clothes! Either way, I’m stuck. If I want clean clothes then I have to do laundry. That’s not always as simple as it sounds though. I don’t just want to wash them and say “ok, they are clean now. I want them to look, feel and smell clean. I want to know they are truly clean. That’s where OxiClean MaxForce Power Crystals come in.

Last week I received a bottle of this new product to try. Obviously, as luck would have it, I had to do laundry. Somehow, I always have to do laundry. I’m sure it multiplies while I am sleeping. Nevertheless, the bottle said up to 40% more brightening and whitening and colour safe too. Great for regular machines and HE and the crystals dissolve completely.

Previously, I tried the MaxForce Spray and had been very pleased with how it worked when directly sprayed on a stain. I wanted to see how this would work on an entire load. Without hesitation I tossed some into a load of whites. Here is where I had a problem. The markings for how much to put in are inside the cap. That makes sense. However, they are the same color and makes it really difficult to see. I’d of preferred an easier read instead of having to turn the cap this way and that to try and see where I should fill to.

Now no detergent or booster can perform miracles especially on a load of well worn socks and tidy whities so I didn’t really see a change in brightness. I will say that the oxiclean maxforce power crystals had the clothes feeling and smelling much cleaner. A definite plus!

If you’d like to try for yourself, OxiClean is offering up a bottle of MaxForce Power Crystals to one of my readers. Canadian residents only please. Enter on rafflecopter form below.
