Clam Chowder With A Little Help From Chef Michael!

I watch a lot of cooking shows and just love Chef Michael (Seriously! Darned cute but don’t tell hubby) My culinary skills are improving greatly just by watching and listening. Which of course is the only reason I watch his show. To learn! Seriously!

He made a very simple clam chowder topped with a piece of salmon that I want to share with you. I made it easy peasy and you can too!

  5. Mmmm Chef Michael…no wait I mean mmmmm clam chowder! Ok, caught me, I don’t like clams but I’m sure that if anyone knows how to make a yummy chowder it’s him!! Actually it would be easy to just leave the clam part out of this chowder, especially with the salmon on top (which I love).
