1. Tell me a little about yourself – who is Christy?
I’m a 32 yr old mom to 2 fab girls (8 and almost 12). I live in SW Ontario. We have 2 guineapigs, 1 hamster and 1 mouse. I can generally be found at my computer with a coffee that used to be hot! lol. If I’m out and about you’ll find me with my Blackberry in my hand, as I LOVE social media!
2. How long have you been blogging and why did you start
I started blogging on this blog Jan 2010. It started as a project 365(share a pic every day) with a local mommy forum here in my city..then it slowly became what it is now!
3. Your favourite thing about Canada
Right now, my favourite thing is definitely the changing leaves! But generally it’s that I can go out for a drive or a hike and ALWAYS find 5 billion beautiful things to take pictures of (ie nature, sky, horizon, wildlife, etc). Canada is beautiful!
4. Top 3 food choices
Mmm..food! lol. There are so many foods that i LOVE, but off the top of my head these are definitely my faves: Pad thai, chili, fish n chips.
5. If you could meet anyone, who would it be and why
I am totally blanking on this one. I’m actually rather shy.
6. Share something you like to do in your spare time “non blogging related”
I love to read, listen to music, photography, knit, papercraft, cook/bake, go for a drive, etc.
7. Is there anything else you’d like to share?
I have an insane and ever growing collection of mugs (starbucks, pier one imports, japanese, unique, pottery..) I love being able to choose my mug based on my mood! I also love odd things like gnomes, owls, hoops & yoyo, sock monkeys, unique webkinz, etc. I guess I just like to be ‘different’..playful, and fun! I also tend to wear my reindeer jinglejammies from oldnavy year round cause they make me smile. I hope that you’ll pop over to my blog and get to know me!
