Millstone wants coffee lovers everywhere to understand the “bean to cup” journey that makes up each delicious cup of Millstone coffee.

The distinct taste is all in the growing, roasting and blending of these premium Arabica coffee beans.

In the growing process, each bean is handpicked. That way only the ripest are chosen and then roasted. Each type of roast from mild to dark are carefully coaxed to each level. This is because there is only a few minutes between a mild or lightly roasted bean to that rich, dark roasted coffee bean. At Millstone they are very precise.

The final step is to blend the coffee. This is not only science but an art form. Each master roaster will spend up to four years just training their tastes to be able create extraordinary coffees of which they create more than 30 different blends.
