Six weeks ago, I began my journey with the Green Bean Coffee challenge. I wrote a little about the product and decided to see if it would help me to lose my love handles.
First let me say that I have not been doing anything to encourage weight loss on my end. I don’t believe in dieting but rather eating what I like using portion control.
So, I have not done any alterations to my diet nor have I increased the excercise I do. By excercise I mean walking. I walk 30 minutes a day. That’s it.
How have I done? To date I have lost 5lbs in 6 weeks. Not a lot I admit. However, I imagine if I chose to alter my food consumption, I’d see a greater increase in weight loss.
I have six more weeks to go.
