New Years Resolutions – Are You Still On Track?

 

We are one week into the new year. Many people who make resolutions have already given up. In fact, statistics show that half of all people who make a resolution will have gone off track by now.

I did not make any for myself. I admit to being lousy at it. That’s probably because I set my goals too high. Whenever the new year rolls around I can think of half a dozen things I should resolve to do.

There’s always lose weight, eat healthier, oganize, save more money, clean up debt etc.

That’s most likely the problem. Too many goals to achieve.

Did you set yourself a goal? Do you set more than one? Are you good at following through? If so, what kind of tips do you have for staying on track?

One goal at a time? Lowering the bar? Working with a buddy? Perhaps a work booklet?

I’d love to know what works for you.

  1. I don’t make resolutions, but I do try to take this time of year as a time to reflect and make goals for myself! Lose weight is always my #1, but this year I also want to take control over anxiety issues if I can!
