We Interrupt My Regularly Scheduled Life

It’s a good thing that you haven’t been able to actually see me this last week.

I’m Canadian, an enthusiastic supporter of our athletes and tired. The Russian time zone is killing me.

I’m not kidding! For the last 7 days I’ve become the “blogger in pjs” who’s eating way too many junkie snacks.

It’s a sad state of affairs and yet, I don’t care. I can’t get enough.

The dust will have to wait, no need to do laundry when I’m just wearing pjs and cooking is limited to “what can I do quickly”.

Fortunately, it’s only for two weeks and everyone will survive.

I just ask that you don’t come and visit me unless you can close your eyes and bring food.

I know that I may need an intervention but can we talk about it over pizza and wine?

We’re halfway through and I feel the best is yet to come.

Who’s with me? Who’s work is suffering with the Olympics in full swing? Who’s sniffing clothes instead of doing laundry? Who’s gaining weight by the minute and getting a little giddy?

I’m so excited about how well our athletes are doing.

OK, gonna wrap it up. I’ve been on here way too long and am stressing about what I may of missed. Go Canada Go!

  1. I really enjoy the Olympics but I can’t manage to stay awake these days.
